These Terms & Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and JutawanBet as the platform operator. All players using the JutawanBet platform — whether for Sports Betting, Live Casino, e-sports, virtual sports, slots, or any other services we offer — are fully subject to these terms.

3.1 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) JutawanBet account only. Holding multiple accounts by a single individual is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all accumulated balances and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and your actual date of birth. Any false information discovered may result in the immediate closure of your account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. JutawanBet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. We recommend:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings.

• All bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements specified. The rollover requirement refers to the total amount you must wager before you are eligible to withdraw the bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses may only be credited once per account, residential address, phone number, IP address, or shared payment method.
• JutawanBet reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without first meeting the rollover requirements.

The JutawanBet Welcome Bonus is offered to new members making their first deposit. The value and structure of the bonus are subject to the terms stated on the Welcome Bonus. In general:

• Rollover requirement for Sports Betting bonuses: 5x – 8x the bonus amount
• Rollover requirement for casino bonuses: 20x – 30x the bonus amount
• Timeframe to meet rollover requirement: 30 days from the date the bonus is credited

7.1 Valid Bets

• A bet is considered valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the JutawanBet system and a confirmation has been sent to you.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds used to calculate your winnings, unless there is a clear technical error.
• JutawanBet reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from technical or human error. In such cases, the stake will be refunded in full.
• Bets placed after the designated closing time for an event will not be accepted and will be automatically voided.

7.2 Sport-Specific Rules

For sports betting on football, badminton, and cricket, additional sport-specific rules apply based on the type of sport and match format. Players are encouraged to review the specific rules for each sport in the JutawanBet platform's help section. As a general guide:

• Matches postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time will result in the cancellation of all pre-match bets.
• For cricket matches affected by rain, the officially recognised Duckworth-Lewis (D/L) method will be applied to determine the result.
• In-play (live betting) wagers are final once accepted and cannot be cancelled, except in the event of a confirmed technical error.

JutawanBet takes the integrity of our platform and the rights of fair-playing members seriously. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Identity Fraud: Registering an account using another person's name, date of birth, or identification documents.

• Collusion: Colluding with other players, dealers, or platform staff to manipulate game outcomes.

9.1 Voluntary Closure by Member

You may close your JutawanBet account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, please ensure there are no outstanding active bets and that all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Any remaining balance 90 days after the closure request date may be subject to an administrative fee.

9.2 Closure or Suspension by JutawanBet

JutawanBet reserves the right to suspend or close any account with reasonable notice (or without notice in certain circumstances) for reasons including:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Requests from legal authorities.
